Epic Strides
My name is Celina Gomez. I am a retired teacher who loves teaching and tutoring students of all ages. I have more then 33 years of classroom experience. More then 5 years of online and in person tutoring experience. I have taught children from preschool through eight grade. I have experience as a classroom teacher, reading and math interventionist and a reading specialist. I teach and tutor students with various learning difficulties and disabilities that include ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, struggling readers, and students who are below grade level. I use a variety of teaching materials. I use the materials that best meet the needs of my students. I have been tutoring online with the Orton-Gillingham Approach for the past two years. It continues to be very successful with all the students I teach and tutor.
