What will be our main form of communication?
I use a management tool called Tutor Bird. You will receive information about how to set up a student portal. It will provide families with access to calendars, where you can view any upcoming lessons, view and download lesson notes and assignments if available, view invoices, etc.

What days are you available?
I have flexible scheduling.
Monday-Thursday afternoons and evenings MST
Monday - 1:00-7:00pm
Tuesday - 5:00-7:00pm
Wednesday - 1:00-7:00pm
Thursday - 5:00-7:00pm
How often do you want to meet with my child?
I prefer to meet once or twice per week depending on the student need and goals.
How long does each session last?
Each session lasts between 30 to 60 minutes. This also depends on the student need, goals, and learning style.

How much does Tutoring cost?
Session Packages
1 Session (1x Weekly) $75.00
2 Sessions (2x Weekly) $145.00
3 Session (3x Weekly) $215.00
Payment
I use Tutor Bird to send out invoices on a weekly basis. I collect all payment through Stripe. When you receive your invoice, it will have a button to press and input your credit card information.
Cancellations
I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or a full session fee will be applied.
Expected Absences
If you know in advance that you will need to miss a session due to a vacation, medical appointment, or other reason, please let me know at least two weeks in advance if possible so I can adjust accordingly.
